Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Agreement
By using Dhatas Tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Dhatas Tools provides document-generation tools (quotation, invoice, receipt, purchase order) and a set of file/utility tools (merge, split, compress and sign PDFs, background removal, image resizing, text summarizing, and developer formatters). Every tool can be used without an account, subject to a free daily usage limit per device; creating a free account or a paid plan removes that limit, as described on the Pricing page.
Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax/accounting compliance of any document you create with this service. We don't review, guarantee or offer advice on the content you generate — quotations, invoices and receipts you create are not reviewed by us and should be checked against your local business and tax requirements before use.
You agree not to use the service to create fraudulent, deceptive or illegal documents, or to upload/process content you don't have the right to use.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Free anonymous usage limits are enforced per IP address; attempting to circumvent them (e.g. via automated tools) is not permitted.
Plans and payment
Paid plans (7-Day Pass, Monthly Pro, Annual Pro) unlock higher usage limits for a fixed period, as described on the Pricing page. Payments are currently processed in test mode. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. PDF compression, background removal and other automated tools are best-effort and results may vary by file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhatas Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business losses arising from documents you create.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
